Data deletion instructions

Content Studio Ops stores data only on its owner's computer. You can remove its access and have your data deleted at any time.

Remove Facebook access

1. On Facebook, open Settings and privacy, then Settings.
2. Open Apps and websites (under Your activity / Permissions).
3. Find Content Studio Ops, select Remove, and confirm.

Removing the app stops all access immediately; the app's stored sign-in token stops working.

Remove Google and YouTube access

1. Go to the Google security settings page (Third-party apps and services).
2. Select Content Studio Ops, then Delete all connections.

Request deletion of stored data

Email pressuredropfiles@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and the account or Page name. All stored data for that account, including tokens, statistics and comment records, is deleted within 30 days, and you will receive a confirmation by email.
